Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg is seeking a Project Manager to own restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating people, resources and partners to ensure quality results and timely recovery for clients facing disasters like fire, water, and mould damage. Every project you lead helps families feel at home again and businesses reopen their doors.

You will lead multiple projects, liaise with clients, subtrades, adjusters and insurers, manage inspections and work orders with precision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, including insurance-related projects.
• WRT and FSRT certifications (additional IICRC certifications are an asset).
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
• Secondary education in Construction Management or related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, subtrades, adjusters, and insurance companies.
• Manage claims, inspections, and work orders with precision and detail.
• Oversee multiple projects and resolve challenges proactively.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.
