Antec Controls seeks a motivated Project Manager to support cross‑department initiatives across operations, engineering, systems, sales and customer support in Winnipeg, MB. You will coordinate projects from scope to close, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality while maintaining clear communication with technical and client stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of project coordination experience, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with project management tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience coordinating projects across departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and leadership.
• Working knowledge of project management practices and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of cross-department projects including software, technology, or process implementations.
• Hold project teams to scope, timelines, and budget; escalate when drifting.
• Coordinate across operations, engineering, systems, sales and customer support to avoid gaps.
• Own stakeholder communications including status updates to leadership and customers.
• Proactively flag risks and delays; run project meetings and maintain plans and documentation.
• Onboard new team members or partners to project plans and tools.

Project Manager – Antec Controls

We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Project Manager to support cross-departmental initiatives at Antec Controls, a manufacturer of precision airflow control solutions for critical spaces like operating rooms, isolation rooms, and laboratories.

This role combines project coordination with relationship-building, requiring someone who is comfortable holding teams accountable to scope, timelines, and budget, communicating clearly with both technical and customer-facing stakeholders, and keeping projects on track from start to finish. You'll support projects across operations, engineering, systems, sales, and customer support, while promoting accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement across every team you work with.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination of cross-departmental projects, including those involving software, technology, or process implementations
• Hold project teams accountable to scope, timelines, and budget, tracking commitments and escalating when things drift
• Coordinate across operations, engineering, systems, sales, and customer support so nothing falls through the gaps
• Own stakeholder communication for assigned projects, including status updates to leadership and customers
• Proactively flag risks and delays before they become problems
• Run project meetings and maintain plans, trackers, and documentation
• Onboard new team members or partners to a project's plan, tools, and expectations
• Coordinate logistics for project milestones, such as demos, training, or customer

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have

• 1-3 years of experience managing or coordinating projects
• Comfort managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across departments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to customers and leadership
• Working knowledge of project management practices and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Good judgment for spotting when a project is drifting off scope, schedule, or budget
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting plans as new information comes inPMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an asset but not required
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, engineering, technology, or a related field is an asset
