Systems Developer – Antec Controls

The Successful Candidate’s Responsibilities Will Include

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop applications.
• Gather and analyze requirements to validate project feasibility, cost, and effort.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure functionality is maintained for all users.
• Facilitate training for staff on comprehension, navigation, and utilization.
• Respond to system inquiries and the technologies it supports.
• Stay current with features and capabilities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators.
• Write clean and scalable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as necessary.

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have

• 3+ years of experience.
• Graduated from a Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree or a Technology program.
• High level of critical thinking, accountability, and adaptability.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet timeline‑dependent deliverables.
• Initiative and self‑direction.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, Laravel, Vue, and MySQL.
• Passion for customer service excellence.
• Experience with UX/UI considered an asset.
• Experience with web and/or mobile application development.
• Experience using Git (version control) and issue tracking systems.
