Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Personal Banking portfolio. The role is hybrid, combining office and remote work, and requires independent project delivery from planning to execution.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, define objectives and timelines, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery. Banking/financial services exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and initiatives within the Personal Banking portfolio from planning through execution
• Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to define objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive deliverables forward with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience independently managing projects or initiative
• Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
• Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
• Strong experience preparing project status reports and providing clear project updates
• Comfortable working independently without significant day-to-day direction or hand-holding
• Banking or financial services experience is an asset, particularly exposure to Personal Banking, Personal Lending, Risk, AML, Fraud, or Process Transformation
