Job summary

Tamanna Technology is seeking a seasoned Project Manager specializing in Personal and Commercial Banking and Investment. The successful candidate will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic initiatives for business transformation and regulatory compliance within a hybrid working environment in downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

8+ years of Project Management experience in the Financial Services industry.
Proven experience managing projects in Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, and Investment areas.
Strong understanding of financial products, customer journeys, and regulatory environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite per week).

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Manage stakeholder expectations across business lines, including Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, and Investment teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and ensure project governance standards are upheld.
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Support UAT and ensure readiness for project deployment and transition to operations.

Job Title: Project Manager – Personal & Commercial Banking / Investment

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite, downtown Toronto)

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong experience in Personal and Commercial Banking as well as the Investment space. This role requires someone who can manage complex projects end-to-end, working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment. You will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives that support business transformation and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
