Job summary

Solutions Metrix in Montreal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Financial Services digital transformation initiatives. You will own scope, budget, schedule and quality across several client engagements, coordinating with executive sponsors, IT and marketing leads, and reporting to the Head of PMO.

You bring 8+ years in IT project management with CRM implementations, solid experience delivering fixed-price or T&M projects, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project management, including CRM implementations.
• Experience managing multiple fixed-budget client projects with margin and timeline accountability.
• Technical depth to follow an integration design and spot a risky data migration.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong presentation skills for steering committees and executives.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Take over signed contracts from Sales and run the handoff to delivery.
• Build the project plan, release plan, staffing and communication plan for kickoff.
• Run delivery in Jira using Agile/Scrum.
• Track hours against the SOW budget weekly and forecast delivery.
• Maintain a live RAID log and manage escalations with clients/vendors.
• Plan go-live and post-launch support and close projects with sign-off.
• Publish weekly status reports and bi-weekly invoicing reports.
• Coach other PMs and support portfolio governance.
