Job description

Contract: 6 months + extensions

Pay: $57-65/hr

We are seeking an experienced ITAM Project Manager to support an enterprise IT Asset Management transformation. This role will focus on project delivery, business requirements, stakeholder coordination, and the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

This is a project management/business-focused role, not a hands-on technical configuration position.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM implementations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITAM and hardware/software asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing technology implementations from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into functional deliverables.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification.
