Soho Square Solutions in Montreal, QC is seeking a mid-level ITAM Risk, Process & Operations specialist to strengthen enterprise IT Asset Management practices. You will focus on governance, risk, and process design across hardware, software, cloud, and CMDB environments.

The role requires hands-on experience in ITAM operations, risk/compliance activities, and the ability to collaborate with technology and governance teams to deliver measurable controls and documentation.

Competenze

• 3+ years in IT Asset Management, Technology Risk, IT Operations, Audit or Compliance.
• Strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle, asset inventories, CMDB and data governance.
• Experience designing controls, procedures and risk frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Experience with ITSM/ITAM platforms.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ITAM Risk, Process & Operations to support and strengthen enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices. This role will focus on ITAM governance, risk management, process improvement, operational controls, and asset lifecycle management across hardware, software, cloud, and configuration management environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ITAM operations, technology risk, compliance, audit readiness, and process design, with the ability to collaborate across technology, operations, and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and improve ITAM processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Identify operational risks and control gaps across the asset lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Technology Risk, IT Operations, Audit, Compliance, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle management, asset inventories, CMDB, configuration management, and data governance.
• Experience designing and evaluating controls, procedures, and risk frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITAM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO 19770, or related frameworks.
• Exposure to Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Cloud Asset Management.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, COBIT, or IAITAM certifications are an asset.
