Responsibilities

  • Support project excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, communications, and reporting.
  • Develop clear internal communications for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure information flow and alignment.
  • Assist with project tracking, status updates, and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and related activities.
  • Monitor deliverables and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Promote collaboration, innovation, and best practices across teams.
  • Support change management and organizational initiatives as needed.

About the Role

GDI-Ainsworth is seeking a Project Excellence & Communications Specialist to support project excellence initiatives and strengthen communication across teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a highly organized and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will help drive project effectiveness, support communication strategies, and contribute to initiatives that promote operational excellence and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Coordinate and maintain project-related documentation, communications, and reporting.
  • Develop clear and professional internal communications for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective information flow and alignment.
  • Assist with project tracking, status updates, presentations, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Skills
