Job summary

Addmore Group is seeking an IT Project Manager (Infrastructure / Cybersecurity) to lead strategic technology initiatives across the organization. You will manage cross-functional teams, align with IT and business stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex projects.

Location: Montreal or Greater Toronto Area; Hybrid model with four onsite days per week. You will drive cloud migrations, hardware refreshes, and lifecycle programs while applying PMP/Prince II and Scrum practices

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects end-to-end with budgets over $1M.
• PMP or Prince II certification preferred; SCRUM Master asset.
• 8+ years IT project delivery, with 3-5 years leadership in full lifecycle.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication to senior leadership and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delivery of IT projects across Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, forecast budgets, track actuals.
• Coordinate 20+ resources and multiple system integrators.
• Report progress to Directors/VP levels and steering committees.
• Drive cloud migrations, hardware refreshes, and end-of-service initiatives.

IT Project Manager (Infrastructure / Cybersecurity)

Location: Montreal or Greater Toronto Area

Workplace Type: Hybrid - Onsite 4 days/week mandatory

Overview Of The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic global team in a company leveraging technology to innovate, modernize, and create value across the organization. You will be expected to lead through influence, bring teams together, and drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives. You will plan, manage, and deliver a wide variety of high impact IT projects across the organization, with a focus on major Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure projects, including but not limited to cloud migrations, global hardware refreshes, and end-of-service lifecycle initiatives. Your ability to communicate with and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders from all levels will be key to your success. As part of this role, you may be required to deliver other key strategic projects for the Organization outside of the Infrastructure / Cybersecurity specialization based on resource demands.

Your recipe for delivering successful projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment includes being versatile and maintaining strong relationships with IT leaders, the business, and project core teams.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing environments (Consumer Packaged Goods preferred) or related industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; ability to provide updates to Director and VP levels; adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Experience reporting to and working with senior management and steering committees with stakeholders in IT and the Business
• Strong Business Acumen
• Experience managing Projects end to end from Initiation to Project Closure. This would include building Project Plans, Managing Resources, forecasting project budgets over $1M, tracking actuals, leading Steering Committees etc.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (i.e. PMP, Prince II)
• SCRUM Master certification or successful completion of projects in hybrid or agile environments (asset)
• A minimum of 8 years of total IT project delivery experience, of which 3-5 years include leading full delivery lifecycle as well as managing a diverse team
• Experience delivering large projects or programs with complex application delivery
• Experience managing multiple system integrators
• Experience managing a global Deployment is an asset
• Experience delivering AI Use Case from Minimal Viable Product to full scale deployment (asset)
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate 20+ shared resources and collaborate at all levels. Strong people management skills including delegation, motivation, coaching, and conflict management capabilities.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages.
• Experience managing packaged software and SaaS implementation methodologies. Cross functional exposure, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain and HR/Payroll are asseta
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Professional and Excel) and SharePoint.
• French/English bilingual competency is an asset
• Product management knowledge or working experience is an asset.
