MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Cost Analyst to provide financial project management support on infrastructure projects. The role involves project set-up, monitoring, reporting, and collaborating with project teams to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide project costing support, ensuring alignment with project managers, schedulers, and teams.
• Monitor and report on financial performance of projects using SAP and related systems.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support project decision-making with financial insights and presentations.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in project costing support within a project management environment.
• Management Certificate in Professional Accounting (or equivalent post-secondary certificate) plus project management courses or equivalent experience.
• Advanced computer application skills, including SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Ability to work hybrid – min. 2 days/week in office.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems and business intelligence tools.
