We’re looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Estimators across multiple active projects. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project information, coordinating key workflows, supporting submittals, tracking materials, updating internal systems, and assisting with closeout documentation.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
