Preston Phipps is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of HVAC and ventilation projects. You will work closely with the Service Coordinator and Project Manager to learn workflows and progressively assume coordination responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or related technical experience.
• PMP or CAPM is an asset.
• Chemical or mechanical engineering degree (or equivalent technical education) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of assigned projects with the Service Coordinator and Project Manager.
• Coordinate project activities related to mechanical systems, air equipment, and lab ventilation.
• Review drawings and supplier equipment documentation for accuracy.
• Assist in coordinating communications across service and project delivery teams.
• Contribute to risk management and lessons learned for future projects.
• Prepare scheduling inputs and coordination details for review by management.
