Job summary

Preston Phipps in Mississauga/Canada is seeking an emerging Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of HVAC and lab ventilation projects. You will work with the Service Coordinator and Project Manager, learning workflows and gradually taking on coordination responsibilities as your experience develops.

You should have 1–3 years in project coordination or related technical work, a technical degree (preferred in chemical or mechanical engineering), and familiarity with ERP systems

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or related technical experience.
• Chemical or mechanical engineering degree strongly preferred.
• Experience within HVAC mechanical/ventilation/controls is an asset.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings; experience with ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of assigned projects with the Service Coordinator and Project Manager.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating activities between service and project delivery teams.
• Review budgets and timelines; help manage supplier documents and BOMs.
• Facilitate project meetings and reporting to stakeholders; track progress.
• Support risk management and lessons learned for future projects.
• Learn and apply project coordination practices under mentorship and expand responsibilities.
