Job summary

Preston Phipps Inc. is seeking an aspiring Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of diverse projects. You will work with the Service Coordinator and Project Manager to advance activities, coordinate HVAC-related tasks, and ensure adherence to technical standards and supplier requirements.

You will learn workflows, develop coordination skills, and gradually assume more responsibilities as you gain experience in project management best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or related technical experience.
• Chemical or mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• HVAC mechanical/ventilation/controls experience is a plus.
• Experience reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience using ERP software.
• Office-based role supporting service and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of assigned projects with the Service Coordinator and Project Manager.
• Coordinate project activities related to mechanical systems and lab ventilation solutions.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Support pre‑quote scope reviews and handover meetings for accurate project definition.
• Assist in coordinating communication between service and project delivery teams to ensure alignment.
