CIMA+ seeks a dynamic Project Coordinator with utility project experience to join our Vancouver team. You will drive success on complex, high‑risk projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.

You’ll work in a flexible hybrid model, collaborating with top professionals. Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering or related field and at least 5 years in project management for major energy projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with major energy projects.
• Knowledge of OSH standards and WorkSafe regulations.
• Fluent English; French an asset.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Integrity and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Plan, lead, and monitor project activities to align with defined benefits, resources, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, communications, progress reports, and close-out summaries.
• Manage all phases of project delivery across multiple domains including scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, procurement, construction, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong client, contractor, engineer and field team relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Establish and promote project delivery standards through analysis and continuous improvement.
