Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or relevant field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with major energy projects.
• Knowledge of OSH standards and WorkSafe Regulations.
• Strong English communication skills; French is an asset.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Integrity, teamwork and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects by coordinating cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Plan, lead, and monitor complex project activities to ensure alignment with defined benefits, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, communication strategies, progress reports, and close-out summaries.
• Manage all phases of project delivery across multiple domains: scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, procurement, construction, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, regulatory compliance, and safety.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams through clear communication.
• Establish and promote project delivery standards through analysis and continuous improvement.
