Job summary

CIMA Canada Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator/Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in a flexible hybrid setup in Vancouver.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across sectors including energy, healthcare, and transportation. The role requires a degree in Engineering or Construction, at least 5 years of PM experience on major energy projects, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on major energy projects.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance (OSH/WorkSafe).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, monitor and align activities with defined benefits, resources and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, risk registers, reports).
• Manage all delivery phases: scheduling, cost control, quality, change, procurement, and safety.
• Foster clear communication with clients, contractors, engineers and field teams.
