Job summary

CIMA+'s Project Management team leads infrastructure projects across sectors and seeks a dynamic Project Coordinator with experience in utility projects to join our Vancouver team. The role offers a hybrid work model with a balance of home and office collaboration.

You will drive success in planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on major energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSH standards and WorkSafe regulations.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects across domains.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, risk registers, reports).
• Manage all phases: scheduling, cost control, safety, procurement, and compliance.
• Foster client and contractor relationships with clear communication.
• Establish and promote project delivery standards and continuous improvement.
