Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator for our Vancouver team. The role focuses on coordinating complex infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with top-tier professionals and stakeholders.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model, allowing work from home and in-office collaboration. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, engineering background, and strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with major energy projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of safety standards such as OSH Standards and WorkSafe Regulations.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
• Effective communication abilities including analytical skills, interpersonal communication, and presentations.
• Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Plan, lead, and monitor project activities to align benefits, resources, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain key project docs: project plans, risk registers, communication strategies, progress reports, and close-out summaries.
• Manage all phases of delivery across scheduling, cost control, QA, change management, procurement, and safety.
• Foster relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams through clear communication.
• Establish delivery standards through analysis and continuous improvement.
