Job summary

Graham is actively recruiting a Project Coordinator for its Infrastructure Division in Canada. This role supports scheduling, documentation, cost control, and QA/QC across pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases, reporting to the Project Manager.

Working with senior staff, you will ensure efficient project execution, track changes, and maintain safety and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Experience: minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment.
• Skills: proficiency in MS Office, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Project Activities: update schedules and budgets, monitor labour, material and equipment.
• Manage Documentation: assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, QA/QC and safety records.
• Support Meetings & Reporting: attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, provide progress reports.
• Oversee Change Management: monitor changes and prepare documentation for review.
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: implement Project Safety Plan and Quality Plan with KPIs and NCRs.

Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases. Working closely with senior staff, the Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

• Coordinate Project Activities: Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases
• Manage Documentation: Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records
• Support Meetings & Reporting: Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager
• Oversee Change Management: Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation Skills
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment

Compensation

• Salary Range $75,000 to $90,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
