Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Civil & Infrastructure division. You will help manage activities and deadlines to align client, team and project needs, driving growth opportunities in project management.

The role emphasizes coordination, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to success. As a key team member, you will promote safety on-site, support schedule updates, and assist with reports and documentation to ensure project excellence across our Canadian

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
• A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration.
• A passion for providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with coordination and administrative support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients.
• Review, interpret and update construction schedules.
• Maintain shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, change notices and project completion documents.
• Review and analyze project quotes to seek best prices in the market.
• Collect and complete companywide project reports for assigned projects.
• Promote safety standards and HS&E programs on-site with employees and partners.
