  • Experience with Primavera P6, Excel, and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with foundations construction methods (piling, drilling, shoring, ground improvement) is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams.

  • Assist with tracking project costs, quantities, and productivity to support budget monitoring and forecasting.
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules, including progress updates and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and subcontractor activities to align with project timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.
  • Assist with subcontract administration, including reviewing invoices, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
  • Support implementation of project systems, procedures, and controls at project start-up and throughout execution.

Our Foundations division is growing, and we’re delivering complex piling, deep foundations, and ground improvement projects across the region. We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with a strong interest in foundations and heavy civil construction.

In this site-based role, you will support project execution through coordination, documentation, cost tracking, and schedule support while working closely with field teams, superintendents, and project managers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project controls, communication, and daily operations run efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Support daily project coordination activities, including document control, reporting, and communication between field and office teams
