Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead foundation projects across the region. You will oversee planning, execution, budgets, schedules, and client relationships on site-based teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing foundations, piling, ground improvement, or heavy civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls processes including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and contract administration.
• Experience managing project financials, change orders, claims, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with construction management software, Primavera P6, Excel, and document management systems.
• Strong knowledge of foundations construction methods including piling, drilling, shoring, and ground improvement techniques.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Support project start-up, execution, and closeout activities while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Our Foundations division is growing, and we’re delivering complex piling, deep foundations, and ground improvement projects across the region.

In this site-based role, you will lead project execution from planning through completion, overseeing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and operational performance. Working closely with superintendents, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
