Ledcor Industrial is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer – Lead to drive field coordination across multi-discipline teams on large industrial projects in Canada. You will lead documentation, scheduling, RFI and change management, and ensure safety and quality through hands-on leadership.
This senior role offers end-to-end project exposure with mentorship of junior staff and accountability for cost and schedule performance on projects from $50M to $1B+.

As a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer – Lead, you will play a key leadership role within a multidisciplinary, self-performing organization that executes up to 90% of its work in-house. This role provides end-to-end project exposure and the opportunity to lead field engineering and coordination efforts across piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, structural steel, concrete, underground utilities, civil works, scaffolding, and commissioning/startup.
