Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support and oversee highway maintenance projects, ensuring work meets quality, safety and contract standards.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of project or quality coordination ideally in highway or construction.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and build relationships.
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with subcontractors.
  • Valid driver’s license and clear abstract.
  • Solid technical skills including MS Word and Excel, estimating and scheduling tools, government clients experience is a plus.

  • Production tracking and quality management.
  • Maintenance of quality records, complete field inspections and help train new team members.
  • Assist with estimation, tendering, awarding work, processing invoices and preparing purchase requisitions.
  • Gather vendor pricing, manage data, support cost reporting and maintain client relationships.
  • Promote and support Ledcor’s safety program and encourage safe work practices.

Compensation:

$59,500.00 - $85,000.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
