Job summary

TuesdayAfternoon Media (TAM) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day activities of creative design projects in a hybrid setup. You will work with a producer and a team of Learning Experience Designers, Art Directors and Media Designers to keep artefacts and schedules organized and moving forward.

The role requires 2–3 years of project coordination in a creative agency, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Bonsai, Asana, and ClickUp.

Job description

TuesdayAfternoon Media (TAM) is a creative design agency with a strong focus on strategic learning design, located in the heart of Leslieville. We are driven by curiosity and we craft with innovation to develop the right solutions to any problem.

TAM is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day support of project activities. As a project coordinator, you’ll work closely with a producer and a team of Learning Experience Designers, Art Directors and Media Designers to keep the project ecosystem (i.e. the virtual space, artifacts) organized, clear and moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Map production and budget strategies to a project plan and timeline.
• Facilitate the updates of key project artifacts and follow up on action items to ensure accurate information, and enable project activities and decision making.
• Ensure an organized project work space aligned to agency practices.
• Monitor and flag budget risks to appropriate project partners.
• Update and monitor project schedules demonstrating an understanding of project dependences.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Ensure files, assets and documentation are organized and accessible across project pods.
• Capture meeting notes, action items and follow-ups to keep project pods aligned.
• Track invoices and expenses.
• Support project communication needs: scheduling meetings, client correspondence, preparation of status meetings.

THE SKILL SET

• 2-3 years of project coordination experience in a creative agency; experience in a learning design agency is an asset.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines and needs.
• The ability to interpret a production strategy and design a project schedule.
• Strong, clear, concise communicator via email, Slack and in meetings that bring clarity to the project pod and to the client team and demonstrate service orientation aptitude.
• Learning agility and adaptability, to adjust project coordination style to the needs of the project and client.
• Proficiency with using project management / business management tools such as Bonsai, Asana, ClickUp.

This is a hybrid role designed with flexibility in mind.

The hiring salary range for this full-time role is CAD $60,000–$80,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. This role is to support maternity leave coverage and may not be a permanent position.
