Turner Fleischer Architects Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Contract Administration team in Toronto, operating on a hybrid schedule. You will support CA tasks, prepare agendas/minutes, and coordinate communications among clients, GC, consultants, and internal teams.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma and at least 2 years of CA experience, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive approach to improving workflows in a fast-paced studio environment.

As a Project Coordinator within the Contract Administration (CA) Department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the construction phase of a project. Collaborating closely with project teams and external stakeholders, you will facilitate and streamline essential workflows that drive successful project delivery. This position offers invaluable exposure to construction processes, client engagement, and real-time problem-solving—providing a unique opportunity to bridge design and execution.

The expected hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. This hiring range falls within a broader salary band established for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
