Job summary

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator for an on-site role in Ponoka, AB. You will maintain shop drawings, track RFIs, and assist the project team to keep the project on schedule.

The role requires 1-2 years of construction experience and knowledge of scheduling software, with strong teamwork to deliver the project on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shop drawings and track RFIs/changes.
• Review subcontractor RFIs and confirm accuracy before issuing to Consultants.
• Coordinate meetings between subcontractors and Consultants to resolve issues; follow up promptly.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, contractors and engineers regularly.
• May directly manage one or multiple Subcontractors or a portion of a project.
• Review, interpret and update construction schedules.
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in administration and field work.
• Conduct quality control activities and update construction progress records.
