Your New Role:
As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of electrical construction projects. You will act as a central point of coordination between project managers, and operations leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing project documentation, tracking schedules and deliverables, and ensuring timely communication. You will assist in organizing procurement materials, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, and supporting the delivery of equipment and supplies. You will be expected to bring a strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes, and to provide technical insight that supports decision-making and project execution. Please note, this is an in-office position, with occasional site visits when needed.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience working on electrical construction projects, ideally within commercial or industrial settings. A solid understanding of electrical systems is essential, as you will be expected to contribute technical knowledge and support project coordination. You should be proficient with computer programs, and familiarity with Accubid, BlueBeam, or AutoCAD will be considered a strong asset. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, as you will be facilitating collaboration between multiple teams and stakeholders. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities will be key to thriving in this position.
What You’ll Get in Return:
In return, you will receive a salary of $65,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health coverage.
