Junior Project Coordinator

Our utilities client is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to provide marketing, financial, and administrative support to energy management programs.

6-month contract to start, with a possible extension. Hybrid model, requiring in-office presence once a week. Candidates must be within commuting distance to downtown Vancouver.

Must Have Skills:

  • Previous experience supporting project coordination and administrative support for business process change or similar projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process applications for energy management programs, including resolving problematic applications.
  • Ensure program operations are consistent with other energy management initiatives and within established application guidelines.
  • Follow up to ensure adherence to program policies and procedures.
  • Identify problem areas and recommend policy, procedural, and other changes.
  • Implement approved recommendations.
  • Review and approve applications.
  • Oversee the preparation of quotes, proposals, and coordinate post-sales delivery of products and services.
