Job summary

Englobe is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our civil engineering team in Canada. You will support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution across diverse projects in environment, transportation, structures, and climate markets.

You will assist Project Managers and technical teams with monitoring progress, budgets, deliverables, and documentation, while coordinating communications with clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires collaboration and dedication.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects within the AEC industry.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and project teams.
  • Strong document control and project administration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to review technical documentation and coordinate project deliverables.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project and construction sites as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution activities;
  • Support Project Managers and technical teams in monitoring project progress, budgets, and deliverables;
  • Coordinate communication between clients, project stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams;
  • Prepare, organize, distribute, and maintain project documentation, correspondence, and meeting records;
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals, technical reports, studies, and project submissions;
  • Support project invoicing, tracking of project costs, and other project controls activities;
  • Review and coordinate project documents, drawings, and design packages for completeness and consistency;
  • Attend project meetings and communicate project status, updates, and action items to stakeholders;
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and gather project information as required;
  • Promote and apply Englobe's health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
