Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES:

Support the Project Management team by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes.
• Monitor and report action items with the PM.
• Ensure project-related documents are stored and maintained in relevant SharePoint locations.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of project PLM and ETO Workbench.
• Assist with developing Change Order Requests and processing customer Purchase Orders.
• Track and coordinate customer-supplied materials.
• Gather supporting information for customer status reports.
• Monitor and update schedule (Earned Value) as necessary.
• Maintain Project Gate forms and route to PM for signatures.
• Complete project Shipping Request Forms (SRF) and facilitate shipments as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent. Willingness to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
