• Assist with labour tracking and timesheet processing.
• Quality control and commissioning tracking.

Project Coordinator

You will

• Be given opportunities to work on complex infrastructure projects in the GTA
• Gain valuable on‑site experience
• Collaborate with general contractors and consulting firms
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced and competent industry leaders
• Become knowledgeable of various mechanical equipment, piping and HVAC systems

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team in the planning and day‑to‑day execution of the project
• Document control (organizing construction drawings, submittal logs, RFI logs)
• Assist with site safety requirements, training and documentation
• Attend, contribute, and provide summary of on‑site coordination meetings
• Assist with labour tracking and timesheet processing
• Quality control and commissioning tracking

• Understanding of mechanical design principles and piping systems an asset
