$45,000 - $65,000 (dependent on experience)

Candidate Profile

The Project Administrator will work closely with Project Engineers to support project execution, especially during the construction administration phase. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, Newforma, and Bluebeam. A proactive approach to process improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document project meetings and deliverables
  • Track project resources and deadlines using software tools
  • Support technical staff with documentation, coordination, and meeting summaries
  • Coordinate with other Project Administrators to support team efforts
  • Edit and produce complex documents, including proposals, specifications, change orders, and reports; experience with document version control is a plus
  • Manage internal and external documents, such as invoices, test reports, and contractual documents
  • Maintain the Archive File Database (digital and hardcopy)
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Professional Qualifications

Education: Degree or diploma in administration, project management, or a related field

Experience: 1–3 years in administrative roles, preferably within the A/E or construction industry; familiarity with Bluebeam and Newforma is advantageous
