The Department requires a Project Administrator for the Clinical Information Systems (CIS) program.
The primary focus of the role is to support multiple teams in planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of the project.
They will support communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
The Project Administrator will assist in tasks such as maintaining project documentation and system libraries, supporting project resources and end users in administrative tasks, along with other clerical or coordination tasks as required by the project teams.
The work will include a mix of steady state and project-based efforts.
Some after-hours and weekend work may be required, but any overtime or non-business hours work must be approved in advance.
