Job description

Position Summary

As a Project Administrator, you will work on a wide range of projects from an administrative perspective, supporting the Project Teams throughout the construction process. You will help ensure that the best possible building and service are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative and coordination assistance to the Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
  • Maintaining consistency in project documentation for format and content, including editing and proofreading documents.
  • Maintaining and tracking approvals on project files, documents (RFI’s, SI’s, Submittals), Letters of Agreements, and contracts.
  • Attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Assisting with creating Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Organizing and archiving project documentation.
  • Ordering and distributing all construction drawings to appropriate parties.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-3 years of project administration experience, preferably with a general contractor.
  • Leadership experience and skills are an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.
