The Opportunity
- We are looking for an administrator who wants to make a difference with a company that cares about its people. The Project Administrator will join the company-wide administrative team, providing support to project staff.
Responsibilities
- Format, proofread, and assemble technical letters, reports, and documents in accordance withTrace standards.
- Coordinate delivery of technical documents to clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Provide support to technical staff, including report writing, cost administration, client database entry, and general administrative duties.
About You and Your Qualifications
- You take pride in your work and have outstanding attention to detail.
- You are positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy.
- You have an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an office environment. Work experience with a professional services or environmental consulting firm preferred.
- Post-secondary education or diploma in business administration or other relevant education.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- You have excellent proofreading skills and can quickly identify grammatical errors.
