Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in programmatic roles at publishers, ad agencies, or ad tech.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets > $50k/month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies to enhance digital advertising capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align programmatic initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish and analyze KPIs; provide insights for optimization and client growth.
• Manage relationships with programmatic partners, vendors, and platforms.
• Act as a thought leader to inform decision-making and strategy development.
