Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, SAP Delivery Manager to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployment for a mining and natural resources client. You will own the full deployment lifecycle from fit-to-standard to hypercare, coordinating with site stakeholders and major partners to ensure smooth go-lives and steady-state support.

The role requires 7+ years of SAP program delivery, strong leadership, and extensive travel across sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP project/program delivery experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment rollouts.
• Experience with ERP transformation projects, including non-SAP to SAP migrations.
• Strong cross-site coordination and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the SAP roadmap across existing and newly acquired mine sites.
• Manage full SAP S/4HANA deployment lifecycle from fit-gap through hypercare.
• Coordinate finance, supply chain, maintenance, and project workstreams.
• Drive data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Oversee implementation partners, consultants, and system integrators.

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, SAP Delivery Manager for a leading mining and natural resources client. This individual will serve as the SAP delivery lead responsible for executing a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA roadmap, migrating existing operations and newly acquired sites onto a standardized enterprise SAP template. The ideal candidate will own the full deployment lifecycle including fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, data migration, testing, cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support. Working closely with business leaders, site stakeholders, and major implementation partners, this person will help drive operational transformation while maintaining a clean-core SAP environment. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for an SAP deployment professional who enjoys complex, multi-site ERP implementations and international travel within a growing organization.

Day-to-Day:

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of SAP project/program delivery experienceProven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment rolloutsExperience with ERP transformation projects, including non-SAP to SAP migrationsStrong functional knowledge across:SAP FICOSAP MM/WMSAP PMSAP PSExperience managing multiple site deployments simultaneouslyStrong project/program management backgroundExperience managing system integrators and implementation partnersExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experienceAbility to travel extensively (up to three weeks at a time)PMP, PRINCE2, and/or SAP Activate certificationMining, metals, natural resources, or other asset-intensive industry experienceM&A integration and acquired-site onboarding experienceExperience supporting remote operational sites and plant locationsSpanish language proficiencyFrench language proficiencyExperience with clean-core SAP template strategies
