Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to support an advanced SAP S/4HANA deployment moving into unit testing. Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in ERP/SAP programs.
• Strong experience managing SAP deployments or implementations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of testing, training, data migration, master data and solution readiness dependencies.
• Experience managing aggressive project timelines, risks and governance.
• Pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus.
• French language skills are a significant asset.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to support an advanced SAP S/4HANA deployment currently moving into unit testing. The project is operating on an aggressive timeline toward go-live, requiring strong coordination across multiple workstreams, including testing, training, data migration, master data, and solution readiness. This is a deployment-focused role rather than a functional SAP implementation role. The PM will be responsible for keeping each workstream aligned, identifying dependencies and risks, and ensuring key deliverables remain on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA deployment activities across multiple project workstreams.
• Track key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Identify schedule risks early and drive owners to resolve issues or escape where necessary.
• Ensure the appropriate resources and stakeholders are engaged across each workstream.
• Lead weekly meetings with workstream leads to review progress, risks, blockers, and upcoming deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate project governance meetings with senior program leadership.
• Maintain a high-level view of the deployment while understanding how testing, training, data migration, master data, and other activities impact one another.
• Drive accountability across internal teams, stakeholders, and implementation partners.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, ideally supporting large-scale ERP/SAP programs.
• Strong experience managing SAP deployments or implementations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of major SAP project workstreams and the dependencies between testing, training, data migration, master data, and solution readiness.
• Proven experience managing aggressive project timelines, risks, governance, escalations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate at the project-management level rather than as a functional SAP SME.-Experience within pharmaceuticals or another highly controlled/regulatory-driven industry.
• Previous experience deploying global SAP templates across countries or business units.
• French language skills are a significant asset
