Job summary

CTDI in Calgary, Canada seeks a capable Program/Operations Manager to act as the primary customer contact for operational issues, monitor performance, and deliver regular program reports. The role coordinates operations, IT, quality, and billing to meet customer requirements and timelines.

You will design and publish Tableau reports, validate UAT with customers, and drive data-driven decisions while prioritizing analytics requests. Strong Excel, SQL, and Tableau skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline is required.
  • 3-5 years Program, Project, or Operations Management experience in a fast-paced operation.
  • 3+ years working in a distribution or forward logistics operation.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Project), report preparation and data analysis.
  • PMP Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience with quality systems a plus.
  • 2 years of experience with data reporting and analytics.
  • 2 years of SQL query experience.
  • 2 years of Advanced Tableau experience.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or cable industries is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Issue regular reports on program performance.
  • Coordinate work of various functional groups such as: operations, IT, quality and billing.
  • Identify areas of non-conformance and develop remedial plans.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer issues via escalation process and coordination of internal resources.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Operations/Business managers to ensure customer needs and timelines are achieved.
  • Partner with customer and business teams to gather accurate requirements for reporting and analytics.
  • Design, develop, validate and publish reports using Tableau, ensuring they meet all customer requirements, and with minimal rework.

  • Own communication of the progress to key stake holders via tracker and weekly reporting.
