Job Description

The client wants a senior telecom specialist, not ageneralist program manager discovering the field. The person reports to a client program director already in place and works alongside theinfrastructure stream lead. They lead a team of four internal and externalproject managers and build the telecom integration master plan with Bell andother partners. The core challenge is migrating hundreds of services, eachrequiring telecom changes, which explains the emphasis on large-scaleproduction deployments and composure under pressure. The migration phase startsat the planned end of the mandate, which points to a likely extension.

Target candidate: a program director with a telecombackground who has delivered large-scale production deployments while leadingseveral project managers, ideally in a data centre or large-scale servicemigration context.
