Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking two Delivery Program Managers to join their Store Tech platform group in Toronto, Ontario. This leadership role oversees multiple squads working across POS platforms and In-Store Applications, orchestrating successful delivery of programs that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

• Support a portfolio of work in the Store Tech platform group with a high focus on POS platforms and In Store Applications
• Develop a comprehensive program plan that defines the program's objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Identify and engage stakeholders, including executives, business sponsors, and team members
• Maintain regular communication to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure buy-in for program initiatives
• Establish program governance structures, including steering committees or advisory boards
• Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple squads within the program
• Identify and assess program risks
• Monitor the progress of squad delivery within the program, tracking KPIs and milestones
• Oversee the management of changes in program scope, schedule, and budget
• Facilitate the closure of the program upon successful completion
• Provide training and guidance to team members across squads to establish consistency

What You Bring

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoice processing, and variance analysis
• Store Tech: Experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple platforms with emphasis on In Store Applications and stakeholder relations
• Scope Management: Define project outcomes, MVPs, epics, user stories, releases, and milestones
• Resource Management: Develop and manage resource plans leveraging FTEs and globally distributed partner resources
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting scope, timeline, and budget
• Agile Delivery: Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

Compensation
