Northern College is seeking a Program Assistant to provide reception and administrative support for the Access Centre. The role involves registering Academic Upgrading students, maintaining records, and supporting staff with outreach and intake processes.
The successful candidate will have a 2-year diploma in Office Administration and at least 1 year of administrative/customer-facing experience. This is a full-time position with benefits, located at Northern College campuses in Ontario.

Reporting to the Manager, Employment Services and Academic Upgrading, the Program Assistant will be responsible for providing reception services for the Access Centre. In addition, they will provide administrative support for the Access Centre, including distribution of departmental marketing material, manage all digital files, register Academic Upgrading students and maintain accurate records for reporting activity and statistics to the funders and to the Manager.
