The Operations Team in the Corporate and Continuing Education department is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to provide administrative support ensuring the successful delivery of courses and programs offered throughout the department. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the main functions will relate to supporting operations processes within a team using cross-functional and centralized approaches. As successful candidates, you will be confident in working independently and interacting with a variety of clients, staff, and other stakeholders. You will exercise good judgment, have the ability to adapt to change, and be skilled in multi-tasking/project coordination in a fast-paced environment.
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
