Ready to start your next chapter with NAIT? At NAIT, we’re passionate about building a team of talented, dedicated professionals who share our commitment to excellence and innovation. Your skills and experience can shape the future of education and make a real impact in our community.

Our integrations work behind the scenes to support students and staff at every stage of their experience with NAIT. Our team delivers a modern, event‑driven, API‑first cloud integration platform that connects systems across the institution, and we're bringing AI‑assisted development into how we design, build, test and document our work.
We're looking for a hands‑on senior analyst who writes quality code and takes ownership of problems from diagnosis through to a tested, documented fix. We expect our tools to change, so we care more about how you approach integration problems than which platforms you've used. If you have strong engineering fundamentals, we'll teach you our stack.
Build integrations. Design, build, test, deploy and support integrations between enterprise systems using NAIT's integration stack (SnapLogic, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, SQL). Own the whole lifecycle. Gather requirements with business units and vendors, then handle design, build, testing, user acceptance support, change management, production support and hand‑off. Follow issues through to resolution, including with external vendors. Shape the platform. Help define and apply integration standards: event‑driven patterns, message contracts, API design, error handling and idempotency, monitoring, and secrets management. Keep quality high. Review peers' code and pipelines, write automated tests, use source control and deployment pipelines, and mentor other analysts. Work with data. Write and tune complex SQL. Troubleshoot data quality and survivorship issues across person, student and employee data, including master data management (MDM). Use AI responsibly. Use AI‑assisted development tools to speed up design, coding, testing and documentation, following NAIT's AI governance and data classification standards. Work as part of the team. Take part in Scrum ceremonies, estimate and track work in Azure DevOps, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. Support production. Monitor and support production integrations, including occasional after‑hours support for critical issues. Contribute to major initiatives. Provide integration design and delivery for institutional projects such as Workday, Slate, the digital student ID and future student system work.
Remuneration: Refer to salary range noted on posting, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The compensation range for this job posting is : $86,686.95 - $114,845.29
