Through coaching, workshops, career resources, and career readiness programming, we help learners develop the confidence, skills, and professional awareness needed to navigate their career journey and succeed in an ever-changing labor market.
As a Career Educator, you will deliver student-centered coaching and career development programming that builds the capability, confidence, and career decision‑making skills learners need to succeed in both Work‑Integrated Learning (WIL) and employment. You will support learners in exploring career pathways, developing employability skills, and preparing for their next step—whether that is a WIL opportunity, a graduate role, or a career transition. This role focuses on student development outcomes and works closely with WIL Operations and Employer Relations to create a seamless student experience.
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services (WES), International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) or the Comparative Education Services (CES).
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.

The compensation range for this job posting is : $77,690.92 - $104,216.78
