What are your contributions to the team?

You will be responsible for obtaining the interior certification of the aircraft and performing analysis of the aircraft interior to ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will keep authorities informed of configuration changes, work closely with other engineering teams, provide leadership on occupant safety certification requirements, participate in investigations, liaise between production and authorities, troubleshoot inquiries, actively participate in daily meetings, solve technical compliance issues, keep certification schedules up to date, harmonize and track compliance schedules required for the interior STC, and be focal for any conformity/compliance snag impacting configuration, occupant safety, or STC documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent with ten (10) years of relevant aerospace experience.
  • Familiarity with aircraft interior certification processes.
  • Experience with program/project management processes.
  • Professional attitude, strong communication skills, excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Pro‑active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills and decision‑making to move projects along to meet or exceed targets.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Knowledge of different authorities and their regulations.
