Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Canada is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering professional to plan, execute and control technical manufacturing projects at the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage costs, schedules, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control technical manufacturing projects (buildings & equipment) for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.
• Find technical solutions to health, safety and environment risks linked to infrastructures and equipment.
• Manage costs and schedule so that projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of customers.
• Establish and understand the needs and priorities of internal customers.
• Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects.
• Enforce internal safety rules on your sites.
• Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
